I have two on the books already and by the end of tomorrow I should have four. i think that as a sales associate you should look for a dealership the same way you look for a partner. It should reflect who you are and you should get back as much as you give. Work as a unit not an individual. if everyone pulls their wait, you cant fail. The hardest part is approching the customer. 98% of all people have pre-shopped online, so if they are in the dealership, they are there to buy.
