Hi Hasan,

It can make things a little tough when carmakers make mistakes, but you have a good answer.

You can tell the customer that as soon as the mistake was discovered the company set up a way to reimburse their customers for that mistake because they care about their customers. And then say: I sure you would want to buy a car from a company that cares about their customers, right? I know I would. So let me show you this car over here.

What happens when the car company had a major recall or like Hyundai and Kia have had to change the mpg on the morone sticker. How do we as a sales people address our customers concerns. It probably hurts one brand over the other and in turn our sales as well. What would you say about that?
